1. Can you add my name to one of the designs?
Yes, we can! Please send us an email with details of your idea and we'll try our very best to work something out. Do note that personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds, and they are excluded from the European cooling off period.

2. How are your products made?
We work with a carefully selected print-on-demand dropshipper. Although their prices are a little higher than some of their competition, they are known to be very reliable. They create high quality products in their own facilities worldwide and deliver fast and efficiently. Check out this cool example on how they make their products.

3. When will I receive my order?
Usually, it will take 3 - 7 days to print or embroider your item. After that, it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows.

4. Where will my order ship from?
We work with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment centres, with locations worldwide. This is a full list of their facilitiesTo minimize costs, your item will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center where the product is available.

5. Is shipping really free?
Yes, the costs for shipment are included in the price you see next to the product. 

6. Do you ship to every country in the world?
Unfortunately we can't, even though we wish for it. Please read here which countries have legal restrictions and/or shipping carrier limitations.

7. Will I be charged customs for my order?
Once your order leaves our fulfillment centre for shipment, unforeseen additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly if they apply additional duties and taxes to your purchases.

8. My order should be here by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?
Please help us out by checking this first:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local postoffice if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, please send us an email at designedbymwohae@gmail.com with your order number.

9. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please drop us a line at designedbymwohae@gmail.com.

10. I received a damaged/wrong product. What should I do?
We are doing our very best to give you a happy, positive shopping experience and we are very sorry if/when something goes wrong. If the item you ordered arrived damaged, please help us resolve this as quickly as possible by sending us an email within 7 days after you've received it. Include photo's of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you might have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

11. I want to open a dispute with you. What can I do?
Your first course of action is to contact us with your complaint at designedbymwohae@gmail.com. We will do our very best to resolve the issue. If you're not content with our solution and we fail to work something out, you can open a dispute at the European Online Dispute Resolution, where Mwohae is duly registered as a trader.
